Azure Budgeting

Learned the importance of setting budgets and reviewing costs for azure resources when I had gotten a surprisingly high bill for my azure subscription. I immediately went in and reviewed my azure configuration and set up alerts for my subscription to make sure that the situation does not repeat itself.
